Publikacija je nastala ob pohodni zvočni predstavi Zemljanka Gaja in združuje celoten izpis zvočnega sprehoda z dodatnim spremnim gradivom. Namenjena je poglobljenemu branju, ponovnemu premisleku in beleženju vtisov po izkustveni hoji skozi gozdno in jezersko krajino Cerkniškega jezera.

Besedilo sledi distopični pripovedi Zemljanke Gaje, deklice kot prispodobe prihodnjih prebivalk in prebivalcev planeta, ter razpira vprašanja odnosa med človekom, naravo in tehnološko preobremenjenostjo prostora. Publikacija osvetljuje umetniške, ekološke in teoretske kontekste predstave, vključuje zemljevid poti, razlage izbranih pojmov ter spodbuja razširjeno poslušanje, čuječnost in senzibilizacijo za zvočno okolje.
