Legal Options for the Cultural Sector

On Thursday, 3 September 2026, from 10 am to 12 pm, the public forum Legal Options for the Cultural Sector will take place in the Katedrala Hall at Kino Šiška and online via live stream.

The forum is intended for self-employed cultural workers, artists, non-governmental organisations, public institutions and others affected by suspended calls for applications, unsigned funding agreements or outstanding payments from the Ministry of Culture.

Lawyer Barbara Rajgelj and attorney Sandra Cico will present the legal remedies and procedures available in these situations, with particular attention to important deadlines. The presentations will be followed by a discussion and answers to questions from participants.

Attendance at the venue and access to the live stream are free of charge. Participants can select their preferred form of attendance when registering.
