konS ≡ Platform for Contemporary Research Art presented fragments of a possible ecosystem for art-research creation at the intersection of science, technology, and society. Exhibitions, workshops, a conference, performances, and talks took place throughout March at Cukrarna and at partner platform locations in Ljubljana, Maribor, Velenje, Novo mesto, and Nova Gorica. konSekvence ≡ Fragments of a Possible Ecosystem is a nationwide konS ≡ Module that showcased part of several years of contemporary research art production.
Over more than three years of creative momentum, we have laid the foundations for a possible art ecosystem in the field of contemporary research art under radical conditions of global scale. At the konSekvence exhibition at Ljubljana’s Cukrarna Gallery, we presented three creative areas that intertwine with one another, highlighting their conceptual, technological, and formal interconnectedness.
