Sleep Concert

Concert

Sleep Concert is a sound event that explores the relationship between listening, sleep and consciousness. It is conceived as a shared resting space in which the boundaries between active listening and passive perception dissolve.

The sonic structure of the concert encourages participants to enter states of relaxation, drowsiness or sleep, with sound functioning as a soft, repetitive and ambient layer. The work raises questions of time, productivity and collective care, proposing sleep as a form of resistance and regeneration.
