Vasja Progar is a creator, performer and improviser in the field of electronic music. In his musical sound experiments, he draws ideas from various musical as well as non-musical sources in search of innovative and sonically convincing means of expression. His performances usually take the form of structured improvisations. http://javas.si/
Elisabeth Schimana has been working as a composer, performer and radio artist since 1983. Her work has concentrated for many years on space / body / electronics. She also focuses on research in the field of women, art and technology and founded IMA – Institute of Media Archeology. http://elise.at/
Miha Ciglar is a composer and researcher in the field of audio technologies. In 2008, Ciglar founded the Institute for Sonic Arts Research. Colin Black is an internationally acclaimed composer/sound artist/radio artist having won the 2003 Prix Italia Award and achieved the final round selection in the 2010 and 2011 Prix Phonurgia Nova for his creative feature-length radio works. http://www.colinblack.com.au
Bojana Šaljić Podešva is composer of mainly electroacoustic music, including live performance, music installation and collaboration in visual and performing art projects. She has won several composition prizes for concert works, scene and film music. http://www.bojanasaljic.si/
Maria Papadomanolaki works within the fields of sound design for dance and film, networked performances, exploratory workshops, installation and transmission art. http://www.voicesoundtext.com/
The ZVO.ČI.TI so.und.ing DUO series is a multiannual music performative project connecting international and Slovene sound artists and performers through the research, presentation and mapping of new sound practices, structures and methods in the frame of residency programmes and in accordance with CONA strategies. ZVO.ČI.TI so.und.ing DUO constitutes a platform enabling improved conditions for continual international cooperation and exchange between artists, artist production and artist concert presentations of new sound works, while at the same time presenting Ljubljana as an important sound production and creative-networking crossroads.
The sound compositions by the invited Slovene and international artists will be created by way of collaboration in a studio in Ljubljana and by utilising long-distance collaboration tools. The premiere of all-new sound works as well as performances of individual compositions will focus on presenting a wide range of artistic sound practices and a range of possible researches and approaches to sound, composing, the meaning of collaboration, the exchange of ideas and playing with performative potentials. ZVO.ČI.TI so.und.ing DUO series aims at establishing relational conditions and increasing listening sensibility through the experiencing of space and the commons. To borrow a quote from Brandon Labelle,“Sound is not only material, but a means for staging performative events that generate relational narratives and the making of shared space.”

ZVO.ČI.TI so.und.ing je kontinuirana platforma produkcije podcastov avtorjev, skladateljev in izvajalcev elektro-akustičnih, eksperimentalnih, algoritmičnih, elektronskih, improviziranih, komponiranih del. Po objavi DVD zgoščenke Zbirka ZVO.ČI.TI. so.und.ing – Podcast zbirka avtorjev sodobne slovenske zvočne umetnosti smo leta 2011 uspešno zaključili večletni projekt, v katerem smo predstavili slovenske zvočne umetnike in mednarodno distribuirali preko trideset podcastov.
V letu 2013 nadaljujemo linijo s projektom ZVO.ČI.TI so.und.ing DUO, ki temelji na intenzivnem mednarodnem mreženju in povezovanju domačih in tujih povabljenih zvočnih umetnikov in produkciji in izvedbi novih zvočnih del.
V ZVO.ČI.TI so.und.ing DUO so vključeni domači in mednarodni avtorji, ki se aktivno in analitično spogledujejo z raziskovalnim odnosom do glasbe, s percepcijo zvočne prezence, vlogo in interakcijo fenomena zvoka, prostora – prostorov in s spoji zvočnih in radijskih umetniških vsebin z drugimi oblikami, področji, presečišči sodobnih umetniških praks.
V vsakem ZVO.ČI.TI so.und.ing DUO koncertnem nastopu se bosta s svojim izbranim delom na odru predstavila slovenski in povabljeni tuji zvočni umetnik in hkrati premierno izvedla skupno zvočno delo, ki bo nastalo na daljavo v nekajmesečnem krogotoku. Projekt ZVO.ČI.TI so.und.ing DUO tako postaja platform za mednarodno umetniško sodelovanje in produkcijo novih glasbenih del in vstopa na zemljevid aktualnih zvočnih produkcijskih prizorišč in se povezuje z mednarodnimi festivali in organizatorji.
Vsak koncertni dogodek bomo avdio in video dokumentirali in predvajali na splet tokom oddajanja radioCona, ter ga povezali s svojimi mednarodnimi partnerji CoLaboRadio, Kunstradio, NOFM , RAM Live.
